GROWTH will be redeveloping the historic McKee Hall, Hostetter Hall, and Denzendorf Hall into high-quality housing options for working families in Mt. Carroll and surrounding communities through the rehabilitation and redevelopment of the McKee/Hostetter and Dezendorf Halls within Shimer Square. 

The development will feature 51 studio, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments ranging in size from 580 to 1,125 SF.

Anticipated Timeline:
