Job Interest Form- Early Childhood Development Center

Due to growing interest, GROWTH has created a job interest form for those interested in joining the team of the Licensed Operator that will be operating the Early Childhood Development Center at Shimer Square. Note that GROWTH is the owner/developer and is not the operator of the childcare center. Please complete the form below to express your interest in employment opportunities at the Childcare Center. A representative of the Licensed Operator will contact you once those details are finalized and in place. Details on operations and next steps will be provided directly to you by the operator.

GROWTH anticipates the completion of the center in July 2025, with operations beginning once the operator has obtained its DCFS license and has been cleared to operate by the State Fire Marshall.

Until further notice, due to active construction, the Shimer Square campus located at 203 Seminary Street, Mount Carroll, IL is closed to the general public.
