Call for Operators: State-Licensed Childcare Providers to Lease and Operate Early Childhood Development Center

  • Our initiative aims to enhance job creation and economic growth while meeting the rising demand for quality childcare services within a 30-minute radius. The center will serve children aged 0-5, providing a nurturing environment conducive to learning and development. Facilities span approximately 5,000 square feet, featuring classrooms, kitchen area, bathrooms, office space, and an outdoor play area.
    A request for proposals for experienced childcare operators committed to upholding the highest standards of care and education was launched on May 3, with submissions due by May 24, 2024. We are no longer accepting proposals. Those that submitted a proposal heard from GROWTH  on Friday, May 31 with continued due diligence underway.
