While ownership must remain in our name during the 5-year federal Historic Tax Credit compliance period, we are open to negotiating terms that give you the opportunity to purchase the building, excluding the value of improvements you make, once the compliance period concludes. This ensures you can invest in the building’s operations and capital improvements now, with a pathway to full ownership in the near future. If leasing is what you are wishing, we can make that happen too. Let’s explore how we can work together to bring it to life.
