Denzendorf Hall will have a total renovation, converting the halls into 51 units of rental housing (includes McKee Hall and Hostetter Hall) and work anticipated to begin late 2023.
McKee/Hostetter Hall are connected buildings that reside in the center of the Shimer Square campus. Dezendorf Hall resides on the southern part of the campus near the historic former gymnasium. More than $25 million will be invested into these properties. The three properties will be fully rehabilitated and redeveloped into a total of 51 units of rental, workforce housing featuring studio, one, two, and three bedroom units ranging in size from 750-1,125 square feet. Community amenities will also be added including a community room, activity room, library/reading area. Additional amenities will be made to the campus within this phase of redevelopment including a community garden, bike racks, picnic tables, grills, and walking path improvements.  

Pipeline: Bennett Hall and Hathaway Hall

Plans have been revised to convert Bennett Hall and Hathaway Hall into for-sale condominiums. Details forthcoming.
